First person or third person?

This space is intended for my own mini-biography.

It's fairly clear that nobody can enter their own biography, the biography is written by anyone else but them. Instead one must write their own mini-autobiography.

First person it is.

I was born and raised in Naples Florida. A lot of things happened before high school, then high school, then college. I graduated from Gulf Coast High School, and did well enough there to get a scholarship at the University of Florida. That was in 2000 and the scholarship has long since run its course. I spent 3 years in undergrad ChemE, now I'm 1&1/2 semesters away from graduating with a degree in Ag&Bio Engineering (Land&Water Resource Engineering, for what it matters). This isn't terribly important, it's just what I spend most of my time at. The rest of it I spend with my girlfriend Juils, of the same LJ name, or in some form of escapism. I.E. WoW (Severend by way of Stormscale), reading, or hanging out and being social.

What are my interests? Well, I'm a half decent cook. I grew up cooking and watching my parents do it, so it comes easily to me. Musically I enjoy a lot of everything, the only genera that I categorically dislike is mainstream country. I grew up listening to rock from the golden era of my parent’s generation. Not the anemic crap that passes as rock today, crushed under the weight of the music industry. That said, I'm a big fan of electronica in all its forms but favorites are Trance and Trip-hop. I try to keep current on what's going on in the world, sometimes I even pull it off.
